A key account manager will arrange a local valuation of your home. We will then provide simple styling before engaging one of our professional real estate photographers to capture your property at its best. Drone videos are available for larger properties.
Property listing
Our experienced team optimises your property’s profile to attract bookings; using captivating copywriting to promote your home's best features and help it stand-out. Your listing will be uploaded to all, major online short-let platforms, including Air BnB, Homeaway and Booking.com. Your property profile will also be added to the Keys 2 Casa website and marketed via our social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and Mailchimp newsletter.
Intelligent Pricing
Our intelligent pricing software uses smart rules to factor seasonality, location, local market demand, and competitor listings to deliver an optimised price per night and minimum stay for your home. We aim to balance the highest per night price with the highest occupancy levels.
Convenient Check-in
We utilise Keynest (key.com) for a seamless check-in and check-out with smart technology that manages key tracking. We'll identify the nearest Keynest point for you, and each time a key is collected or returned, we'll receive an alert for easy monitoring. Guests will receive their pick-up code the day prior to check-in, and we will update the code regularly. Alternatively, you can install a lock at your property.
From the very first contact, we will make sure your home is safe, and that guest inquiries are dealt with by us.
We will ask all guests for background information and the reason for their visit. If we deem it necessary we may ask for passport details and certain platforms will run additional ID verification, such as Airbnb.
If we are not satisfied with a response, we shall not accept the booking.
Guest Verification
Our service enables your property bookings, calendars and pricing to automatically synchronise across all top channels. This means that when guests book their stay on one channel, your property availability will update on all the others.
You can also control your property's availability by blocking out dates for your own use (or ask us and we'll gladly do that for you)!

Our fully managed gold service provides reliable housekeepers to clean your property between stays and offers hotel-quality linens and towels. Basic toiletries are also included, such as toilet paper, hand wash, shower gel, and dish soap.
We take care of your home with complete transparency, ensuring you have access to all details, from guest booking information to your payment breakdowns; everything is readily available.
